Pruitt: Kirkland 'probably could play anywhere between 70 and 90 plays'

KNOXVILLE — Jeremy Pruitt took part in the SEC head coaches teleconference ahead of the season-opening game against West Virginia.

Pruitt mentioned that linebacker Darrin Kirkland Jr. is game ready to take on the Mountaineers.

“He probably could play anywhere between 70 and 90 plays,” Pruitt said. “He’s built his stamina up to that, and I think he’s in a good place.”
